JARED N. ROLSKY, LCSW, Executive Director, received his MSW from University of Pennsylvania. He has worked in a variety of settings that range from Children's Outpatient Mental Health, Community Mental Health, Family Service Organizations, and Adoption Services. Experience as a child and family therapist and divorce mediator. Jared has been a peer reviewer for the Council on Accreditation of Services to Families and Children since 1983. He joined Golden Cradle in October of 1997 coming from the Jewish Family Services of New Haven, Connecticut, where he was Executive Director.

BRENDA FREED-MAZEL, LCSW, Social Work Supervisor has twenty five years of professional social work experience since receiving her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has a wide range of experience that includes mental health, child welfare and adoption. Brenda has been with Golden Cradle since 1983. For many years she was the coordinator of Post-Legal Adoption Services, serving as liaison between adoptive couples and birth parents after their adoptions were finalized.

Christina Groh, MSW, Birthparent Social Worker, Christina received her bachelor’s and masters degrees in Social Work from Rutgers University.

CHOI LEE, BA, Adoptive Parent Counselor, received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College in New York. She has ten years of experience in the social service field in foster care and adoption. Choi began her career at Golden Cradle in 1998 as a counselor in the birthparent department.
