MONICA GAGNE, MS, Adoption Specialist, received her Masters of Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University. She has many years of experience in social services. Monica works with birth parents and with adoptive couples facilitating the home study process and in providing post placement supervision and after adoption services. 

JULIE THOMPSON, BA, Adoptive Family Assistant, received her Associates in Elementary/Early Childhood Education.  She received her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology with a specialization in Applied Sociology.  She began at Golden Cradle in 2009 as an intern, and she began her part-time position at Golden Cradle in 2010. 

KATHY A. HAWK, Financial Administrator/Business Manager, Kathy came to us with over 15 years office administration experience, ranging from office manager to bookkeeper. She has been employed at Golden Cradle since 1995.
