Adoption cost help

There are a few areas that could help you defray some of the adoption costs:

  • You definitely need to look at the adoption cost tax credit. Talk with your tax adviser to determine how much of a credit you might be able to receive.
  • Talk to your employer, as many employers offer adoption cost help which can include paid and unpaid leave and full or partial reimbursement of your adoption fees.

Feel free to contact us with your adoption cost questions - we are here to help.
