The adoption process today has become even more client or consumer centered than ever before. Many of the “rules” and requirements that might have seemed rigid and arbitrary have become much more relaxed and flexible, with the aim of  making adoption a more “user friendly” process.

     When people call Golden Cradle they are always offered an opportunity to speak with a staff member who on a daily basis works with adopting families or with birth families. Adoption can be overwhelming and complicated, and our goal is to make it doable and manageable.

     In addition to asking questions all families can receive our information package. This gives details about our adoption programs, the time line, and the fees. All this is clearly stated in the material and is designed to clarify and educate.

     Families today can choose two domestic programs or the international program. We offer adoptions from China, Guatamala,  Russia and the Ukraine. All the orphanages we work with are the top of their class, with above average medical, nursing, and financial resources in order to maximize the babies’ growth and development.
